Teryl Rothery is an actress from Canada, who has appeared on stage, TV, as well as in films. Janet Fraiser is her most well-known role in Stargate SG-1. She also starred as Grace Sherman in Cedar Cove and has played major parts as Muriel in Virgin River, Jean Loring in Arrow and Celia Hudson in Nancy Drew. She has appeared in several television films. Rothery started dancing at age 9 and in the year 1995 she saw it as the beginning of her career in entertainment. She was 13 years old at the time she started dance lessons. At age 14, she was a part of Bye Bye Birdie,[3] and at 14 years old, she performed she appeared in The Sound of Music at Marpole Community Theatre. In her youth she was a dancer on The Irish Rovers variety television show[2] and appeared in The Sound of Music when she was 14 years old.
