Antonia Lofaso
Antonia's cuisine is a means to enter her mind. The food she creates is the result of her curiosity about the culture of Los Angeles, which was sparked by a trip to Los Angeles from Long Island's suburbs. Cavatelli and Carnitas can be found to blend seamlessly on the menu, an assumption that has developed over the years. The dishes she serves are based on a singular vision, embracing the present while reminiscing fondly on the old. Scopa Italian Roots opened its doors in 2013, and it was well-received. The restaurant's take on old-school Italian is hailed for being among the top places to enjoy Italian cuisine within Los Angeles. Lofaso has been praised as a neighborhood restaurant that consistently serves meals that are delicious, authentic and welcoming. Lofaso studied under the best chefs to acquire their specialized methods. She was also not afraid making bold choices to honor her gut instincts. In a short time she rose to the highest level in Wolfgang Puck's Spago. Then she collaborated with many famous celebrities as she transformed various Los Angeles restaurants. Lofaso created Black Market Liquor Bar with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi in Studio City, California. Lofaso found her place in Black Market, and through the partnerships that she created. Lofaso was able to achieve the creative spirit she desired thanks to her partnership. Black Market is not constrained to a specific direction and that is the intention. The course will begin with potato chips flavored with dill Shishito peppers and follow up with Korean Wings. Antonia anchors the bold range of flavours. Since then, she has continued her work in front of cameras, including judge on CNBC's Restaurant Startup Judge, as well as recurring appearances on the Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child. Lofaso teamed-up in partnership with Penguin Publishing to publish The Busy Mom's Cookbook - 100 Recipes of quick, Delicious, Home Cooked Meals. In this publication, she shares her experiences as a mother and a pupil of the French Culinary Institute. Lofaso believes that all her success is due to her passion of cooking and she is able to keep a finger in the middle of this industry by focusing in the kitchen. Through her Chefletics brand, she is revolutionizing the aesthetics of her field by redesigning chefwear for both style and function. Lofaso will adhere to the goals of her clients.
